If you are interested in healthy weight loss, Whitacre Wellness can design a program specific for you. He takes on a personal responsibility to help you, as long as you are “in it to win it”. He has you keep a food journal, so that you both can spot pit falls that would prevent your weight loss success. Also, he is a great encourager, and communicates with you via phone calls and text messages to help you move forward in your process.
